Made from tough 8mm alloy rod, the Tour’s design includes an offset stay, providing ample support for your panniers. This very popular rear rack incorporates a solid central plate to act as a mudguard. It includes long fitting brackets, which offer generous adjustment for a truly universal fit, plus a rear reflector / light plate. With Spring Clip.

Tortec bike rack

Worked out very well. Nice rack with spring. Even if you have a 20" wheel folder bike I recommend this rack. Once saddle is in lowest position for folding, the rack and saddle are same hight. Panniers keeps dry from ground and wheels. Looks well balanced with bike. Hight from the stainless Allen nut to the top of the rack is 383mm. Recomended perfect bolt fit light is the OXFORD BRIGHT LIGHT, BUILT IN REFLECTOR. BARCODE:-5030009344442. THANKS.

Great value and very sturdy but one small issue

This is a great value rack, it looks a bit flimsy but once fitted it feels solid and has been carrying two panniers with all my work stuff loaded up with no issue - the extra 'legs' to the back are an added bonus I didn't see on similar racks at this price, and help keep the panniers off the rear wheel.My only issue with it is that the spring clip on top, while very useful, gets in the way of my pannier clips as it has to be lifted out of the wa,y so it makes them fiddly to clip on and off - not so much of an issue if you generally leave them mounted, but could get annoying if you remove yours regularly.

Difficult to mount to a small bike frame

Had to bend it to get it to fit as I have a small bike frame, which was a faff. Now it's on it's a dream- sturdy and acts as a mudguard too
