Product Description
Built for the roughest linesThe EXC 330 is the rim you want when the trail gets serious. It is built to stay composed through hard hits, sharp edges and long days in the hills. Strong, light and ready to ride straight from the box, it gives you the confidence to commit.Carbon, made differentlyDT uses a patent-pending moulding process that compresses the carbon layers and removes the need for an extra cosmetic outer layer. That keeps the rim lighter and ready straight out of the mould. The PURE carbon construction is unique to DT. It builds the rim in one piece from the outside in, helping preserve long, continuous carbon strands and reducing weak points for lasting durability.Confidence in the impactsCarbon Shield technology reinforces the areas that take the most abuse. It uses long continuous carbon filaments, tuned for All Mountain and Enduro use, to improve impact resistance where it matters most.Every rim also goes through a 100% QC process before shipping. DT checks each internal carbon layer with its patent-pending scanning process, looking for defects after production.Smart details for the trailThe internal spoke bed profile works directly with DT Pro-Head nipples, so PHR washers are not needed. That helps reduce overall weight. Each rim comes with 3 extra decal sets, so you can match the finish to your build. It also ships with DT’s premium black Flat Hex alloy nipples, tubeless tape and valves.Key Features:Strong carbon rim designed for MTB usePatent-pending moulding process for reduced weightPURE carbon one-piece construction for long-term durabilityCarbon Shield reinforcement in high-impact areas100% QC scanning process checks internal carbon layersCompatible with DT Pro-Head nipples without PHR washersIncludes 3 additional decal setsSupplied with black Flat Hex alloy nipples, tubeless tape and valvesWarrantied for life with a subsidised 10-year crash replacement programme via DT Fair ShareSpecificationsOuter width: 37 mmInner width: 30 mmHeight: 22 mmWeight: 500 gramsProduct type: RimsDiscipline: MTBColour: BlackSize: 32 holesModel: EXCRim depth: <25 mmRim width: 26 - 35 mmWheel diameter: 27.5 inches
