These pedals deliver a solid, stable ride feel and the control to place your foot exactly where you want it.Design and buildThe bodies are fully CNC machined for a precise fit and finish. Stainless steel clips and cleats stand up to wear. The axle is high-strength Cr-Mo, heat treated and plated. The pedals run on three cartridge bearings and a norglide bush for a smooth, long-lasting spin. When parts wear, everything is serviceable and rebuildable. Titanium axle upgrades are available if you want to shave weight later on.Grip and platformA large shoe-to-pedal contact area gives better power transfer and more stability underfoot. Choose between replaceable pins or foot plates to suit your shoes and terrain. The Union GC version uses 14 replaceable pins for extra bite. There’s also a configuration with seven pins per side, or you can fit full foot plates for maximum contact.Entry, float and releaseThe dual mechanism makes clipping in easy and reliable. The pedals are dual-sided for quick engagement. They come with two cleat options: one with 4° of free float and one with 5° of free float. Their release angles are 12° and 13° respectively. Both cleats also allow 2mm of lateral (side-to-side) float. Q-Factor is 55mm.Ride feelThey spin freely and feel planted. Pins or plate keep your shoe steady under sprint, pump and corner. The clip function is positive and consistent.
