Simple. reassuring.How it works:The DART is made from a flexible, laser-cut material that conforms to jagged, irregular punctures. A reactive treatment on the plug bonds with liquid sealant inside the tyre. That creates both a chemical and mechanical seal - enough to permanently bond a puncture too large for sealant alone.Built for the trail:Stan’s introduced the DART concept in 2019 and refined it into the Original DART Tool in 2025. The updated tool uses a stainless steel insertion rod for cleaner, more reliable installs. The body includes a moulded Presta valve core remover so you can top up sealant in the field with a 60ml or 120ml bottle of Stan’s Original Tubeless Sealant. Two DARTs come with the tool. Clear caps keep them clean and unthread for quick use.
