Product Description
Mavic Ksyrium SL Front WheelBuilt for the kind of riding that needs to feel quick, smooth and dependable every day. The Ksyrium SL gives you a wheel that stays light on the climb, calm through the rough stuff and solid when you put the power down.It is designed to deliver that balanced road feel riders look for: laterally stiff for sharp control, yet vertically compliant enough to take the edge off the road. Why it worksThe Ksyrium SL continues Mavic’s long run of strong aluminium wheel design, following the Ksyrium Elite and Ksyrium Pro. It is made as an all-round road wheel for riders who want reliable performance without unnecessary weight. The 22mm deep, 19mm wide rim helps keep inertia low and handling responsive. The solid upper rim bridge removes the need for rim tape, helping save weight. The result is a wheel that feels neat, efficient and ready for daily road miles.Ride feelFore technology keeps the upper rim bridge solid for extra stiffness. The Infinity hub platform adds a stiff axle, durable bearings and a new hub design to help the wheel stay stable. ID360 freewheel technology supports improved power transfer. That all adds up to a ride that feels direct and controlled when you accelerate, but still comfortable enough for longer days in the saddle.Tubeless ready benefitsThe Improved UST Road design is built around simplicity and performance. No tubes means less friction, improved efficiency and better grip, with a reduced risk of punctures. The rim bed shape also makes tyres easier to fit and remove. Fore Carbon drilling technology means rim tape is not required.Key Features:Superlight and durable for everyday road performanceISM4D rim weighs only 400gPatented lightweight aero spokes help keep inertia low and control high22mm deep and 19mm wide rim profileSolid upper rim bridge removes the need for rim tapeFore technology helps improve rim stiffnessInfinity hub platform for stable, reliable wheel supportID360 freewheel technology for improved power transferUST tubeless-ready design for improved efficiency, grip and puncture resistanceEasier tyre fitting and removalTechnical SpecificationsProfile depth: 22mmInner width: 19mmAxle: 9 x 100mm Quick releaseDiscipline: RoadSpokes: Steel, Straight, AeroRim Diameter: 700cNipples: Brass, BlackRim material: Maxtal Aluminium alloyTyre compatibility: UST Tubeless ReadyMaximum weight: 120kg including bikeBearings: AluminiumETRTO Size: 622x19TCWeight: 645gWhat’s in the boxFront WheelUser guideQuick release level 2UST valve not mounted on wheelIntended useMinimum tyre size: width 23mm - pressure max. 6.75Bar/97PSIMaximum tyre size: width 62mm - pressure max. 3.8Bar/55PSIASTM category 2: road and off-road with jumps less than 15cm
