A foam core soaks up sharp hits and trims vibration. The lay-up and construction give a balanced feel — not overly harsh, not floppy. In practice that means more control, less fatigue, and a cleaner connection to the bike.Built light, built toughWe kept aluminium inserts small to save weight and reinforce the right spots. T700 fibres and a 1K weave outer give strong but light structure. The 30mm oversize 7075 aluminium axle adds durability without deadening the ride. Everything is designed and made in Barnoldswick, UK.Fit, serviceability and optionsAvailable in 165, 170 and 175mm. Axle length is 68mm (WIDE) to suit a 47.5mm chain line. Pedal threads are replaceable if damaged. Chainrings are direct mount only; spider-less retainer chainrings available from 28T to 44T.
