Product Description
Built for the rough stuffWhen the trail gets chattery, this hub helps keep the ride calm and connected. It brings together the proven feel of DT 240 performance with DT’s DEG DF anti-pedal kickback technology, so your suspension can move more freely and your drivetrain stays out of the way.Why it feels so good on the trailThe 90-tooth DEG ratchets give quick engagement, so power comes through fast when you stamp on the pedals. The DF system lets you set 0, 10 or 20 degrees of float, helping isolate the suspension from drivetrain movement. In plain English, that means a smoother-feeling rear end when the trail gets busy.Built on a proven platformDT 240 hubs have earned their reputation on performance, reliability, durability and low weight. They are the choice of many professional mountain bike athletes for a reason. DT’s ratchet hub system has also been refined for over 25 years, with easy servicing and strong long-term global spares support.Practical details that matterClassic flanges for J-bend spokes give a slightly more forgiving ride than straight pull, which suits gravity-focused riding well. The hub also uses 6-bolt brake mounts and comes with an SRAM XD freehub option.Key Features:DT 240 hub with DEG DF anti-pedal kickback technology90-tooth DEG ratchets for rapid engagementDF system with 0, 10 or 20 degrees of floatNo tools needed to adjust float settingsClassic flanges for J-bend spokes6-bolt brake mountsWeight from 262 gramsBoost 12 x 148 mm rear axle32-hole drillingAvailable with SRAM XD freehubEasy to service with long-term global spares support
