Product Description
Ride with less dragThis is a hub built to let the bike get out of the way and do its job. The latest DT 240 brings the same proven performance, reliability and low weight riders know, now with DT’s DEG DF anti-pedal kickback technology built in. The result is a smoother connection between your drivetrain and suspension, so the bike feels freer to move beneath you.Built for hard ridingThe 90-tooth DEG ratchets give quick engagement when you put the power down. The DF system can be set to 0, 10 or 20 degrees of float, helping isolate your suspension from the drivetrain. On rough ground, that means your shocks are left to work as they should.Made to stay dependableDT has spent over 25 years refining its ratchet hub system, and it shows. The 240 is known for easy servicing, strong durability and long-term global spares support. It is the sort of hub that keeps turning without fuss, season after season.Classic J-bend feelThis version uses classic flanges for J-bend spokes. That gives a slightly more forgiving ride than straight pull, which suits gravity-focused riding well. It is a familiar setup that many riders still trust.Key Features:DT DEG DF anti-pedal kickback technology90-tooth DEG ratchets for rapid engagementDF float settings: 0, 10 or 20 degreesNo tools needed to adjust DF floatClassic flanges for J-bend spokes6-bolt brake mountsEasy to service, with long-term global spares supportShimano MICRO SPLINE freehubWeight: from 262 gramsSpecificationsProduct Type: Wheel HubsModel: 240Discipline: E-Bike, MTBAxle: Boost 12 x 148 mm RearAxle Type: Bolt Thru 12mmBrake Mounting: 6 BoltDrilling: 32 HoleFlange Type: ClassicFreehub: Shimano Micro SplineHub Width: 148mmColour: BlackSize: 32 hole
