Product Description
Built for hard ridesWhen you want a rear hub that stays smooth, quiet and reliable under pressure, this is the one. The DT 240 has long been a favourite with professional mountain bike riders for good reason. It brings low weight, durability and fast engagement together in a package made for demanding off-road riding.DEG DF anti-pedal kickbackThis latest version adds DT’s innovative DEG DF anti-pedal kickback technology. The 90-tooth DEG ratchets give rapid engagement, while the DF system lets you set 0, 10 or 20 degrees of float. That helps isolate the suspension from the drivetrain, so the shocks can do their job without unnecessary interference.Simple, serviceable, provenDT built the original ratchet hub system, and more than 25 years of development has gone into refining it. That shows in how easy it is to service and how well it holds up over time. It is also supported by DT’s long-term global spares network, which is reassuring when you just want to keep riding.Ride feel for gravity useThe classic flanges for J-bend spokes bring a slightly more forgiving ride than straight pull. That makes this hub a strong fit for gravity-focused riding where feel and control matter as much as strength.Key Features:Weight: from 262 grams90-tooth DEG ratchets for rapid engagementDF system with 0, 10 or 20 degrees of floatDF adjustment requires no tools6-bolt brake mountsClassic flanges for J-bend spokesEasy to serviceBacked by DT’s long-term global spares supportAvailable with SRAM XD SLIM DH freehubSpecificationsDiscipline: E-Bike, MTBColour: BlackSize: 32 holeAxle Type: Bolt Thru 12mmBrake Mounting: 6 BoltDrilling: 32 HoleFlange Type: ClassicFreehub: SRAM XD SLIMHub Width: 157mmModel: 240
