We set out to design aerodynamic wheels that struck a precise balance between rim depth and ride quality, to elevate gravel speed and experience. The EC90 ALX wheels answer the aero needs of gravel riders.We carefully selected a 36mm rim depth to yield a clear aerodynamic benefit over shallower rims, while avoiding drawbacks of added weight, rougher ride quality, and crosswind-fueled instability. Paired with a 24mm internal rim width, we created a rim shape optimized for aerodynamic advantage using gravel tyres. Sapim cx-ray bladed spokes lace these rims to our durable and quick-engaging Easton vault hubs. These wheels are light, comfortable, fast and protected by our lifetime warranty.
