It simply lets you ride with fewer distractions.Thoughtful routing that actually works:This is Deda’s first stem built for full internal cable routing when paired with Deda DCR handlebars. It works with a standard tapered steerer that has a 1 1/8" upper diameter, but the DCR system needs a 52mm (1.5") upper headset bearing. The stem leaves space at the rear so cables sit in the gap between bearing and fork, keeping them neat without crowding.Easy, adjustable spacers:Special spacers create channels for cable housing. Each spacer has a slit so it can open and close. Add or remove spacers to fine-tune the fit. You don’t have to strip all the cables to get it right.Aero-minded design:The Vinci uses 3D forging and a flat profile to reduce drag and smooth airflow around the headset. It comes with an aero integrated top cap, headset spacers and an alloy sleeve adaptor for a 1 1/8" fork steerer, so the finish is clean from stem to bar.Practical details you’ll want to know:Short, decisive lengths make setup simple. The stem is compatible with both 1 1/8" and 1 1/4" steerers (adaptor included). Two top cover sizes are in the box so you can match your stack.
