The Castelli Gabba RoS 2 Short Sleeve Jersey is the fifth iteration of the legendary weatherproof jersey/jacket that debuted in 2010 and caused a sensation in 2013, when the pro peloton bought Gabbas with their own money prior to a stormy Milan-San Remo.This break from protocol came about because the pro riders recognised that this fully windproof and highly water-resistant garment would offer a performance advantage when racing in stormy conditions. Since that fateful spring classic, the Gabba has become a peloton staple, whether for foul weather racing or winter training, and although much imitated has never yet been bettered.Except by Castelli themselves, that is. This second version is more water-resistant than ever, thanks to the use of two different GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabrics.
