Product Description
When the trail gets steep or the lines get tight, you want gear that lets you commit. The Targon modular full-face helmet gives you that calm, locked-in feeling on the way down and the breathability you need on the way up. Flip the chin guard on for full protection. Take it off for cooler air and easier climbing. It’s the kind of helmet that moves with the ride, not against it.Why it works for riders:The modular design keeps your face covered when it matters and frees your breathing when it doesn’t. The chin guard clicks on and off with a Speed Latch System™ that’s smooth and reliable. You can carry the guard on your arm or the bars while you pedal. When the trail opens up, snap it back and ride with confidence.Fit that just stays put:A helmet that moves is a helmet you notice. Zoom™ Rapid Fit gives millimetre-precise adjustment via a rotary wheel and thin nylon cable with steel core. Press the wheel to reset it. Vario Pads slide and lock to tune cheek support for a snug, secure fit in full-face mode. The pads are removable and washable for long-term comfort. Straps are stitched to sit close and avoid flapping. The magnetic FIDLOCK buckle lets you open the chin strap with one hand, even with gloves on.Protection that’s built to last:The shell uses an in-mould construction so EPS foam bonds directly to the polycarbonate outer. Injected Carbon adds stiffness without excess weight. The lower edge gets extra PC protection against scratches and impacts. The peak is a breakaway visor that shields you from sun and branches but detaches to reduce strain in a crash. Goggles and glasses tuck into dedicated ports so nothing slips out when you’re charging a line.Key Features:Lower edge protection: polycarbonate (PC) outer shell covers the lower edge to protect against scratches, impacts and wearZoom™ Rapid Fit adjustment system: millimetre-precise fit via a rotary wheel connected to a thin nylon cable with steel core; pressing the wheel resets itFront Eyewear Port: defined recess at the front to position glasses in a secure, aerodynamic holdGoggle Fit: defined area under the peak to keep goggles firmly in placeSpeed Latch System™: quick attachment of the chin guard to the helmetBreakaway Visor: peak protects from sun and branches and detaches on impact to minimise neck strainComfort Pads: soft padded inserts attached with Velcro for added comfortVario Pads: adjustable cheek pads using a slide-and-lock mechanism for extra protection and a secure full-face fitRemovable, washable pads: pads can be removed and hand washed or replaced when neededStitched straps: sewn straps for better aerodynamics and no strap dividers; they sit close and don’t flapIn-mould process: EPS foam is foamed directly into the PC outer shell for a durable bondInjected Carbon: plastic reinforced with carbon fibres for high stability and low weightMagnetic buckle: FIDLOCK magnetic buckle for one-hand opening even with glovesTake it to the park, the local trails or your next trip.
