These super-tough fork axles are made to Öhlins’ exact specifications from 7075 aluminium. Designed by Burgtec, they combine durability with practical features to keep you riding - not stood by the trail.Unlike other axles, this model uses a unique double-hex configuration: the familiar 6mm hex plus an added 8mm Allen fitting. If the 6mm gets chewed, over-tightened or seized, the 8mm gives you a reliable backup so you’re less likely to miss a ride.Torque-ready, secure clamping:The Allen key fitting (instead of a quick-release) lets you use a torque wrench to ensure the wheel is tightened to the correct specification.
