Product Description
Built for big rides and rough descents, the Marin Alpine Trail Series 4 is the kind of bike that makes you want to keep heading further in. It feels set up for steep trails, fast changes in direction and long days where confidence matters. With mixed-wheel sizing, generous travel and plenty of adjustability, it gives you room to fine-tune the ride to suit the terrain and how you like to ride.Built to Stay Composed:The Series 4 6061 aluminium frame uses Marin’s MultiTrac LT suspension platform with 160mm of rear travel, paired with a RockShox Zeb Select+ fork offering 170mm up front. That gives the bike a calm, planted feel when the trail gets rough.Mixed 29” front and 27.5” rear wheels help balance speed and agility, and the frame can also run a 29” rear wheel if preferred. Adjustable headset geometry and chainstay length mean you can tailor the handling a little more to suit your ride.Practical Touches:There’s integrated downtube storage, complete with a zippered nylon bag for trail essentials. It is a simple, useful touch that keeps the basics close to hand without cluttering the bike.A 34.9mm seatpost adds strength and works with the latest dropper posts, while full internal cable routing keeps the frame looking neat and tidy.Drivetrain and Braking:The SRAM Eagle 70 and 90 drivetrain is paired with a 32T chainring and a wide-range 10-52T cassette, giving you the gears to keep turning when the climbing bites. SRAM Maven Bronze 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 200mm rotors front and rear bring strong, controlled stopping power.Key Features: Series 4 6061 aluminium frame with MultiTrac LT suspension platform160mm rear travel with RockShox Vivid Air Select+ rear shock170mm front travel with RockShox Zeb Select+ forkMixed 29”/27.5” wheel setup, with the option to run a 29” rear wheelIntegrated downtube storage with zippered nylon bagSRAM Eagle 70/90 drivetrain with 32T chainring and 10-52T cassetteSRAM Maven Bronze 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 200mm rotors34.9mm seatpost for added strength and dropper post compatibilityFull internal cable routing for a cleaner finishA proper trail bike with the setup to handle hard miles and rough descents.
