For thin plugs, thread through the tip at the end of the tool; for others, use the main slot.Flatten one end of the worm between your fingers. Thread it so it sits centrally on the tool.Insert the tool into the puncture at a 45° angle, followingthe tyre direction, until the worm is halfway through and the ends remain outside.Turn the tool slowly clockwise a few turns to twist the worm in, then pull the tool out, leaving the plug seated.Re-inflate to your desired pressure (we recommend a max of 80 PSI for road bikes).Once home, trim the worm ends to leave 3–5 mm protruding. Be careful when cutting.Top tip: Trim plugs into singles or doubles and store them in the capsule for the perfect mix on long rides.Safety & careKeep out of reach of children. The tool has sharp edges — use caution.
