Muc-Off moved from 6061 to aircraft-grade 7075 aluminium, so the stems and caps are stiffer without extra bulk. A new machined 6-slot channel at the base helps air move into the tyre faster. That means easier seating, especially with tubeless inserts.What you notice on the bikeInstallation is simple. The valves sit low and neat in the rim. Inflate with less fuss. The integrated valve-core tool in the spare alloy cap keeps sealant top-ups tidy. And yes — the ten anodised colours let you add a touch of personality without compromising performance.Fit, compatibility and optionsSupplied with multiple rubber bases to optimise fit across rim types (curved or square bead seats).Available in 44mm, 60mm and 80mm lengths.Suits MTB, gravel and road use.Compatible with Presta pumps.Quick fitting guideRemove cap, locking ring and o-ring.Choose the correct rubber base (circular for curved rim sections, square for square sections). Fit it to the valve stem.Push the valve through the rim hole and slide the o-ring down until it meets the rim.Screw on the locking ring and tighten by hand while pressing the valve base into the rim. Stop when the o-ring squashes out and you have a firm seal.
