Use the larger circular if the smaller one is loose.Push the base down the stem and slot the valve through the rim hole.Slide the o-ring down to the rim, screw on the locking ring and tighten by hand while pressing the valve base inside the rim. Stop when the o-ring squashes out and you have an airtight seal.
