Clean and dry the rim.Line up the Muc-Off rim tape from the opposite side of the valve. Press and unroll, keeping tension so the tape fills any concave. Overlap by 10–15 cm.Smooth the tape with your thumb to remove air pockets. Pierce the valve hole cleanly with a pin.Fit the right rubber base for your rim. Insert valve, then refit O-ring and lock ring. Don’t overtighten.Mount the tyre, inflate to seat the bead (you should hear pops). Release air and remove the valve core.Shake sealant, fit the pouch to the valve, invert and squeeze the sealant in, then reinstall valve core and inflate to pressure.Keep tyre levers careful near tape.
