A mechanic’s dream tool, Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed torque wrench has a very small head, to operate in tight spaces. The Deluxe version is completed with cycling-specific bits and comes in a practical wrap package. Capacity from 1 up to 15 Nm This is the best torque wrench for precision bicycle applications and ‘sensitive’ components. In use, always refer to the torque values specified on technical documents or printed on the parts themselves. Please note: Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed is calibrated for clockwise tightening. If you also need counter-clockwise calibrated tightening, this feature is available with our Giustaforza 1-15 Pro Evo. Easy to use Set the desired torque value rotating the self-lock black dial: pull and rotate to set the torque value, release to lock it. Resolution of the scale is 0.1 Nm; insert the appropriate bit (depending on the bolt you need to tighten); while tightening, a loud ‘CLICK’ and a 3° free-movement tells when the torque value has been reached; always take the wrench to the minimum torque value (1.0 Nm) after use. When in doubt, always refer to the instruction manual. Minimal, fixed head The simple, ‘non-ratcheting’ head has been designed to operate where space is limited, for example with some seat clamps. This small head is a unique asset to work in tight areas. The fixed head is also very convenient to fit open-end wrenches on the torque wrench (1/4" hex to square adapter included), to operate for example on flare nuts found on hydraulic brake hoses. Lightweight and compact The light aluminium body keeps the weight below 190 g, less than half the weight of other torque wrenches in this range of torque. This is paramount to get the right feedback at low torque values, without mistaking the effort to hold the tool with the applied torque. Its overall length is 173 mm. A state-of-the art tool, built to last Functional, linear in design and precise in any detail: Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed has a hard-anodized aluminium body with laser-etched inscriptions, and it’s built to last. The mechanical, click-type functioning makes the wrench extremely shock tolerant and the absence of batteries or electronics increase its reliability. Each sample is checked and numbered as a single masterpiece. Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed meets DIN ISO 6789 & ASME B 107.300-2010 quality standards. Calibration service The +-4% tolerance is guaranteed for 5000 cycles (5000 ‘clicks’), then the wrench should be re-calibrated. Calibration is a service we offer in our laboratory in Bioggio (Switzerland) at the cost of 50 CHF. With every calibration, the tolerance of +-4% over nominal value will extend for 5000 cycles.
