The MET Roam mountain bike helmet featuring MIPS technology provides excellent levels of protection for Enduro racing and aggressive riding providing a good amount of head coverage including the back of the head. With 22 vents and specially developed air channels there is no chance of over-heating and feeling uncomfortable when you’re riding in warmer weather; MET have included their MET have included their unique Safe-T Orbital customisable fit system enabling you to make micro-adjustments to fit your own head shape specifically while the ingenious MIPS skeleton inside the helmet creates a low friction layer that has been scientifically proven to reduce the strain implemented upon the brain during rotational impacts. This protective layer takes into consideration that head impacts are not straight forward head on falls but in fact consist of an array of motions, so by redirecting and dissipating the rotational impact energy this MIPS helmet reduces the risks of severe and minor head brain injuries. The MET Roam MTB helmet features a tough, durable injection moulded peak with enough flex built in so that it doesn’t shatter or rebound under impact, further reducing risks of minor neck injuries.
