The RD-M8200 Deore Xt Mechanical - 12-Speed - Shadow Es - Gs is a 12-Speed Shimano rear derailleur from the Deore XT groupset. It uses Shimano's Shadow rear derailleur geometry, which tucks the mechanism in close to the cassette to reduce snagging.
