The RD-M7230 Deore Mechanical - 11-Speed - Shadow Es - SGS long cage is a 11-Speed Shimano rear derailleur from the Deore groupset. It uses Shimano's LINKGLIDE technology, engineered for durability and smooth shifting under load and Shimano's Shadow rear derailleur geometry, which tucks the mechanism in close to the cassette to reduce snagging.
