The TRP DH-R EVO hydraulic disc brake is engineered to meet the demands of World Cup-level downhill racing. Completely redesigned from the ground up, it features a new ergonomic lever blade, newly formulated brake pad compounds, high-performance hydraulic oil, a stiffer 5mm brake hose system, CNC-machined adapters, and optimised caliper oil flow with an advanced hydraulic leverage ratio. Designed for use with TRP's 2.3mm thick rotors for maximum stiffness and heat dissipation. System comes pre-bled with lever detached. Features Forged, CNC-machined and polished lever body with ergonomic blade and dimpled accents Advanced 9mm internal master cylinder piston for precise hydraulic leverage Adjustable lever reach with alloy master cylinder cap and hinged clamp Forged, CNC-machined caliper with new high-flow hydraulic design Hybrid pistons with high-performance resin pad compound 5mm hydraulic brake hose for increased stiffness and thermal stability Compatible with 2.3mm thick rotors in 223, 220, 203, 180, 160, and 140mm sizes Specifications System Weight_ 310g (front, without rotor or adapter) Hose_ 1900mm, 5mm diameter Caliper_ 4-piston, forged and CNC-machined Intended Rotor Thickness_ 2.3mm Hydraulic Fluid_ High-performance mineral oil System comes pre-bled, lever detached.
