Spatzwear The HEATR Head Warmer is designed to solve the long-standing problems of cold-weather cycling headwear. Traditional options often leave the head too warm or too cold, expose the ears, allow wind to burn the face, or restrict neck movement when in the drops. This garment is engineered to work in unison with a modern cycling helmet, providing warmth, comfort and flexibility for commuting, exploring or hard winter training. The head band area is warm, comfortable and moisture-wicking, sitting unnoticed under a helmet without affecting hearing. Because it is constructed as a band rather than a full hat, it can be pulled down to become a neck warmer without removing the helmet. The seamless, highly stretchy fabric allows multiple wearing options_ covering mouth and nose with only the eyes exposed; covering mouth with nose exposed; covering chin; exposing the whole face while keeping ears warm; worn as a neck warmer; or as a head band. The rear neck area is thin to reduce bunching and maintain free neck movement, while the front neck area is longer and warmer to block cold wind from entering the collar. The mouth and nose zone uses a thinner, more permeable fabric to aid breathing and drying. Manufactured as a seamless tube, each panel has its own engineered weave, thickness and texture to provide warmth, support, articulation and moisture transport without the need for seams. This construction allows the garment to hug the head, face and neck comfortably while avoiding pressure points from helmets or glasses.
