The Fulcrum R5-120 is an HG-compatible steel freehub body designed for early Red Wind, Racing 5 and Racing 7 wheelsets built up to 2013. It carries the commercial code R5-120 (industrial code RF1137138) and is the correct replacement part for riders maintaining or servicing these older Fulcrum wheels rather than upgrading to a current-generation hub.
