Product Description

Elite Nero combines the natural riding feel and balance training of traditional rollers with the resistance control and connectivity of a modern smart trainer. The bike remains completely free on the rollers, while electronically controlled magnetic resistance responds to compatible training apps for a far more involving indoor session. ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth FTMS connectivity allow Nero to work with platforms including Zwift, My E-Training, TrainerRoad, Kinomap and other compatible training apps. Elite's floating system allows the frame to move slightly with the rider, while parabolic rollers and twin flywheels help create a smooth, controlled pedalling feel that's considerably more forgiving than old-school rollers. Key Features Interactive smart rollers with electronically controlled magnetic resistance Combines free roller riding with automatic resistance control ANT+ FE-C connectivity for compatible apps, cycle computers and devices Bluetooth FTMS connectivity for compatible smartphones, tablets and computers Simulates gradients of up to 7% Maximum power of 760 watts at 40km/h Elite floating system absorbs abrupt rider movements and improves stability Parabolic roller profile helps keep the bike centred Twin 2.7kg flywheels provide smoother, more progressive pedalling resistance Adjustable front roller with 11 positions Suitable for bike wheelbases from 944mm to 1144mm Compatible with road, gravel, mountain and city bikes within the specified wheelbase range Retractable mounting step makes getting on and off easier Folds into three sections for compact storage and transport Integrated carrying handle Power, ANT+ and Bluetooth status LEDs Compatible with Elite My E-Training and major third-party training platforms Includes 12-month My E-Training subscription Specifications Manufacturer Elite Model Nero Trainer type Interactive smart rollers Resistance system Electronically controlled magnetic Maximum simulated gradient 7% Maximum power 270W at 20km/h / 760W at 40km/h Wireless communication ANT+ and Bluetooth ANT+ protocols FE-C, Power, Speed & Cadence Bluetooth protocols FTMS, Power, Speed & Cadence Flywheels 2 x 2.7kg Wheelbase adjustment 944-1144mm Front roller adjustment 11 positions Open dimensions 630 x 1400 x 204mm Folded dimensions 630 x 470 x 304mm Weight 18kg Maximum load 110kg Power supply Input 100-240V, 50-60Hz / Output 12V, 1.5A Included software 12-month Elite My E-Training subscription Compatibility Elite Nero is compatible with road, gravel, mountain and city bikes with a wheelbase between 944mm and 1144mm . Because the bike rides directly on its own wheels rather than being attached to the trainer, there is no trainer cassette or freehub body to match to the drivetrain. The electronically controlled resistance can be managed through compatible smartphones, tablets, Windows or Mac computers, cycle computers and sports watches using ANT+ and/or Bluetooth. Compatible training platforms include Elite My E-Training, Zwift, TrainerRoad, Kinomap and other apps supporting the appropriate smart-trainer protocols.
