Product Description
Shimano CL-SL130 SPD-SLR CleatsThe Shimano CL-SL130 SPD-SLR Cleats are designed to help riders transition to Shimano's SPD-SLR pedal platform while using most non-Shimano three-bolt road cycling shoes. The grey CL-SL130 cleats provide additional adjustment flexibility for fixed-mount outsoles while remaining compatible with SPD-SLR pedals.Unlike Shimano's low-stack CL-SL100, CL-SL110 and CL-SL120 cleats, the CL-SL130 does not provide the lower stack height or weight-saving benefits of the fully integrated SPD-SLR shoe, cleat and pedal system. Instead, its focus is on providing a practical route into SPD-SLR for riders using compatible three-bolt road shoes.Key FeaturesGrey Shimano CL-SL130 SPD-SLR cleatsDesigned for Shimano SPD-SLR pedalsSuitable for most non-Shimano three-bolt road cycling shoesDesigned to help riders transition to the SPD-SLR pedal platformProvides additional adjustment flexibility for fixed-mount outsolesPart of Shimano's four-cleat SPD-SLR systemNot backwards compatible with Shimano SPD-SL pedalsDesigned for Three-Bolt Road ShoesThe CL-SL130 is designed for riders who want to use SPD-SLR pedals with most non-Shimano three-bolt road cycling shoes. Its design provides additional adjustment flexibility when used with fixed-mount outsoles.SPD-SLR CompatibilityThe CL-SL130 is designed exclusively for Shimano SPD-SLR pedals. It is not backwards compatible with Shimano SPD-SL pedals, so riders changing pedal systems should check both their pedal and shoe compatibility before fitting.Part of the SPD-SLR PlatformShimano offers four SPD-SLR cleat options to provide different movement characteristics and fitting options. The CL-SL130 differs from the low-stack CL-SL100, CL-SL110 and CL-SL120 cleats and does not provide the same lower stack height or weight-saving benefits of Shimano's fully integrated SPD-SLR setup.Who It's ForThe Shimano CL-SL130 SPD-SLR Cleats are for road cyclists moving to SPD-SLR pedals who want to continue using most non-Shimano three-bolt road cycling shoes, or riders with fixed-mount outsoles who require the additional adjustment flexibility offered by the CL-SL130 design.
