It keeps weight low, ergonomics kid specific and durability high, supporting rapid skill progression on every ride.Key FeaturesOrbea Kimu 24 frame with Manitou Machete Junit Sport 100mm Boost forkAlloy crankset, 28t, 140mmFSA integrated headset, 1 1/8 to 1 1/2MTB alloy handlebar, 620mm width, with custom stem and +15mm spacerMicroshift M6195 9 speed shifterShimano MT410 hydraulic disc brakesKMC eGlide chain and Microshift 11-42t cassetteAlloy 24c wheels, 28HSchwalbe Rocket Ron Evo 24x2.35 Super Race TLE tyresOC Mountain Control MC22 dropper seatpost, 31.6mmSD 0.4 saddleVP 229 pedals with reflectorsShimano SL MT500 dropper remoteOrbea custom fork mudguardTrail Ready Capability for Young RidersThe Kimu 24 H10 TR is designed for kids who are ready to ride real trails. The Manitou Machete Junit Sport fork delivers 100mm of smooth, controlled suspension tuned for lighter riders, improving comfort, traction and confidence on roots, rocks and uneven terrain. The Boost axle spacing adds stiffness and steering precision, helping young riders stay in control as they explore more demanding routes.Lightweight Performance With Premium ComponentsA low bike to rider weight ratio remains central to the Kimu philosophy. The lightweight frame, carbon influenced component choices and efficient wheelset keep the bike responsive and easy to handle. Short 140mm cranks match growing leg lengths, while the Microshift 9 speed drivetrain offers crisp, intuitive shifting across a wide 11-42t range. Shimano MT410 hydraulic brakes provide powerful, predictable stopping with minimal lever effort.Big Wheel Stability and High Grip TyresThe 24 inch wheels follow the Big Wheel concept used across the Development range, offering smoother rolling, better traction and improved stability - just like 29 inch wheels on adult bikes. Paired with Schwalbe Rocket Ron Evo Super Race tyres, the bike delivers exceptional grip and low rolling resistance, helping young riders maintain speed and control on technical terrain.Dropper Post for Real MTB ProgressionThe OC Mountain Control MC22 dropper post is a standout feature, giving kids the ability to lower the saddle on descents for better balance and control. The Shimano SL MT500 remote is easy to reach and operate with small hands, helping riders build modern mountain bike skills from an early age.Durable, Quiet and Built to GrowInternal cable routing and dedicated protectors keep the bike quiet and well shielded from everyday knocks. A short rear derailleur stays tucked away from curbs and rocks while still offering the range needed for varied terrain. The adjustable growth stem ensures the bike continues to fit as the rider grows, extending its lifespan and value.Personalisation IncludedLike all Kimu models, the 24 H10 TR includes interchangeable protectors with dedicated designs. Riders can also personalise their bike with stickers and a name plate, creating a sense of ownership and pride as they progress into more advanced riding.
