The wide top section spreads pressure evenly, helping reduce tingling and numbness on longer rides. The wing is angled to keep the wrist aligned without forcing the hand into a fixed position.Grip and ControlTraction Waves on the underside add grip when riding over uneven ground or in wet conditions. The surface texture is designed for stability without feeling harsh, making it suitable for daily use and long tours.ConstructionAn aluminium clamp at the inner end keeps the grip secure on the bar. The rubber compound is chosen for comfort and durability, with a shape that stays supportive over time. Two sizes allow riders to match the grip to their hand shape.CompatibilityThe ACID GILink interface allows certain accessories to mount directly to the grip. This keeps the cockpit tidy and makes it easier to add compatible components.Who It's ForThe Travel Comfort grips suit leisure riders, commuters and touring cyclists who want more support than a standard round grip. They work well on hybrid bikes, trekking bikes and city bikes used for long days out or steady everyday riding.Frequently Asked QuestionsDo these grips help with wrist discomfort? The Travel Comfort grips use a winged shape to support the wrist in a neutral position. This reduces pressure on the nerves in the hand and can lessen tingling or numbness on longer rides. The wide top also spreads load across a larger area. Will they fit my handlebars? These grips fit most standard flat bars with a common 22.2 mm diameter at the grip area. The aluminium clamp keeps them secure once installed. Riders should check bar diameter before fitting. Are they suitable for wet weather? The underside Traction Waves improve grip when riding in wet conditions. The rubber compound maintains control without feeling overly soft or slippery. They are well suited to UK commuting and touring. What is the ACID GILink interface? GILink is a mounting point built into the grip for compatible ACID accessories. It allows certain add-ons to attach cleanly without extra clamps. This keeps the cockpit tidy and reduces clutter on the bar.
