A total of 31.5 grams of carbohydrates per bar will keep your energy levels topped up for the long haul. Amacx also includes 50mg of magnesium, a key contributor to ensuring efficient energy-yielding metabolism. And with a soft texture, it’s a delicious bar to eat as an energy-boosting snack during the day. Recommended usage: Eat 1-2 bars per hour during exercise.
