The Sidi Trace 2 MTB Shoes are highly durable and suitable for a variety of disciplines, including MTB, gravel and cyclocross. Showing trickledown features from across Sidi's cycling shoe lineup, they offer premium performance at an entry-level price point. he Trace 2 is ideal for those new to clipless riding or simply wanting to save their best for less muddy days. The upper is made from Politex, a compacted PVC compound that is paired with a knitted fabric and felt. This combination of materials and construction means it is highly resistant to ripping, tearing and stretching, making the shoe ideal for long days in the saddle. he Politex upper is made up of few panels, to reduce the number of seams, and along with narrow Velcro® straps, helps to create the Trace 2's sleek, professional looking silhouette. he shoe features the same RS17 sole as Sidi's other MTB shoes, made of nylon with inserts providing extra grip in muddy conditions, which balances stiffness with enough flex for walking. The tread pattern has been designed to help disperse mud, so your traction won't be compromised during prolonged use, while the rubberised Sidi logo in the middle of the sole provides extra grip. omfort and fit are central to the Trace 2's design. The Tecno-3 System allows you to easily adjust the fit of the shoe, even on the move. It's paired with the Soft Instep Closure System, a wide, anatomically shaped EVA thermo-formed pad that disperses pressure evenly across the top of the foot and gives that iconic Sidi look.
