Designed for touring, city, classic mountain bikes, and commuting, these white line tour cl 700c wheels are an affordable workhorse with universal disc or rim brake capability.This wheelset utilizes the white line classic rims. These rims have been constructed in a strong, box-section profile with heat treatment. White line classic rims also feature stainless spoke eyelets as well as a precision CNC-machined braking surface. These features add strength, longevity, and braking performance.These wheels have been hand-built with Shimano's CL 400 series sealed bearing QR hubs, using reliable black ED-coated plain gauge spokes and brass nipples.The Shimano CL 400 hubs include a covered Centerlock disc brake fitting.
