The Ridgeback MX14 is a fun, confidence-boosting first bike for kids who are ready to start pedalling on their own.The MX14 is a compact package of fun that builds real riding confidence from the very first pedal stroke. Easy to adjust for a perfect fit as they grow, the MX14 is designed to keep up with your little rider every step of the way. The bike features a lightweight 6061 heat-treated aluminium frame with a low standover height, making it easier to get on and off and increasing clearance for greater confidence. A handy chain case keeps everything tucked neatly away, while grippy tyres give little adventurers the freedom to explore paths and tracks with confidence. Every detail is designed for young riders, from the comfy saddle to the stable tyres, helping them feel in control and excited to ride.Ridgeback's pedal cranks are ergonomically correct, proportional to the child's leg length and place the pedals closer to the bike's centre so that children can pedal as smoothly and naturally as possible. Handlebars and grips are narrower diameter to fit small hands better, for confidence and control as well as better ability to reach the brakes safely.
