In addition to biomechanical performance, there was one more important factor when designing our Q rings: compatibility. The simplified one-piece design saves approximately 40 grams compared to standard ring+spider+bolts combination (for example, weight savings for a 32t ring is 40g). New Direct Mount Q rings allow you to upgrade your SRAM BB30 crankset to go oval.
