Product Description
ALIENATION Malice G69 TCS 2.0 20´´ RimAttributes: Rims, Urban CyclingUnleash the next level of performance and durability for your BMX with the ALIENATION Malice G69 TCS 2.0 20´´ rim. Engineered for the demanding worlds of BMX racing and high-impact urban cycling, this rim is the ultimate foundation for a lightweight, strong, and responsive wheelset. It is meticulously designed to provide a competitive edge where stiffness, strength, and reliability are paramount. The Malice G69 sets itself apart with its superior material construction and intelligent design. Crafted from an advanced 6069-T6 aluminum alloy, it boasts a significant 30% increase in strength over conventional 6061-T6 aluminum. This translates to a rim that can withstand the harshest landings, absorb the toughest impacts, and maintain its integrity under extreme racing conditions, giving you the confidence to push your limits. The robust double-wall construction is fortified with an internal I-Beam profile, a key feature that significantly enhances torsional rigidity and resistance to spoke loads. This, combined with a precision-welded joint, creates an incredibly strong and stable wheel build that holds its true, ride after ride, ensuring consistent performance.Experience the game-changing advantages of a tubeless setup with the innovative Tubeless Compatible System (TCS 2.0). By eliminating the inner tube, you can run lower tire pressures for unparalleled grip on the track and a smoother ride over rough urban terrain. This system drastically reduces the risk of pinch flats, allowing you to ride harder and faster with fewer interruptions. For maximum versatility, the rim is drilled to accommodate both modern tubeless Presta valves and traditional Schrader valves.Alienation's proprietary 4D drilling process creates the perfect spoke-to-rim interface. By drilling the spoke holes at an angle that aligns precisely with the spoke´s path from the hub, it eliminates binding and the need for traditional eyelets. This results in a stronger, more evenly tensioned wheel with reduced stress on both the spokes and the rim structure, extending the life of your entire wheel. Specifically designed for a 3-cross lacing pattern, the Malice G69 ensures optimal strength and power transfer. The Alienation Malice TCS2.0 is a 20´´ double-wall BMX rim made from 6069-T6 aluminium. The welded construction, I-Beam profile and 4D drilling are designed to provide strength, torsional rigidity and an optimized spoke-to-rim interface. The rim is Tubeless Compatible and drilled for both tubeless and Schrader valves.Specifications:- Material: 6069-T6 aluminium (30% stronger than 6061-T6)- Diameter: 20´´ (406 ISO)- Width: 28 mm (23 mm internal)- Height: 14.55 mm- ERD: 396 mm (effective rim diameter)- Lacing: Regular, designed and drilled specifically for 3-cross lacing- Spoke holes: 36- Construction: Double-wall, welded joint BMX rim- Drilling: 4D drilling process for an optimized spoke-to-rim interface without eyelets- Internal Structure: I-Beam construction for increased torsional rigidity and resistance to spoke loads
