CH DRF 3041 2RS - Ceramic Hybrid Bottom Bracket Solution, Flanged, Double Row, Press-in, for B86/92 Frames and BB30 Style Cranks - 30 mm x 41/44 mm x 11 mm - This unique custom-designed bearing allows you to fit 30mm cranks directly into a BB86/92 frame. With the limitation of only 41mm internal bottom bracket shell diameter for BB86/92, a special solution is required to accommodate a 30mm spindle. By utilizing double-row flanged bearings that press directly into the bottom bracket shell, we can maximize contact area by doubling the amount of balls per side to provide a durable solution in an extremely tight space. These ceramic hybrid bearings feature 52100 high carbon chrome alloy races paired with Grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls with 90% fill, high pressure, water-resistant grease. The Si-Ni ceramic balls roll smoother, reduce bearing wear, and increase bearing life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact within the bearing. These bearings are designed specifically for BB86/92 frames and cranks with 30mm BB spindles. The Enduro bearing line is available in high carbon chrome steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic hybrid, and XD15 with ceramic or stainless steel balls. Our bearings are always designed with the deepest possible groove races to accommodate the largest balls possible and feature double-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth for superior protection from the elements
