Biodegradable chain wax (to prevent the formation of microplastics).400 g is sufficient for up to 40 applications.Performance and properties equal to non-degradable waxes.Our wax is harder and more stable than paraffins and, at the same time, softer and more flexible than polyolefin waxes.R.S.P.waxes are VOC and PFAS-free.Certified biodegradable (OECD 301 B test method).Our r.s.p.wax is composed of natural lipids and natural paraffins, and as such, is a food source for numerous bacteria and fungi.Our wax is stable when dry and in a solid state.Biological degradation processes only begin when phosphates, nitrogen, heat, salts, and, above all, moisture allow the growth of such fungal and bacterial cultures.These conditions are found in soil, compost, and, above all, in the aquatic environment.Our r.s.p.wax HOT MELT WAX is manufactured with the highest quality additives.Primarily Tungsten Sulfide - WS2 (also called Wolfram Sulfide), a compound of tungsten and sulfur, which has an incredibly low coefficient of friction of 0.03, better than molybdenum, PTFE, or even wet ice on wet ice! It increases power transmission and reduces wear.Very low friction - operates in a wide temperature range, from -270°C to +650°C.Instructions for use:1.The chain must be completely clean of oil and grease.We recommend our Jacky Chain or Brake Cleaner.2.Heat the Hot Melt Wax (melting point approximately 95°C).When the wax is completely liquid, hang the chain on a wire hook and immerse it in the liquid wax bath.Move the chain around in the bath.air bubbles may rise.3.After about 10 minutes, remove the chain and let it drain over the container.Then, hang it to dry for at least 12 hours.Enviar comentarios.Paneles laterales.Historial.Guardado
