Product Description
Profile Design ASC Pro Aerobar Wedges | Precision Angle & Tilt AdjustmentUnlock your ultimate aerodynamic potential and achieve the perfect balance of comfort, power, and speed with the Profile Design ASC Pro Aerobar Wedges. Designed specifically as a spare part for the revolutionary ASC Pro handlebar system, these wedges are the key to fine-tuning your riding position with unparalleled precision. Whether you are a competitive triathlete, a dedicated time trialist, or an endurance cyclist seeking to optimize your setup, these components allow you to dial in the exact aerobar tilt required for your unique biomechanics and performance goals.Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, the ASC Pro Wedges empower you to customize the ergonomics of your cockpit. A correctly angled aerobar position is critical for reducing strain on your wrists, elbows, and shoulders, allowing you to hold your aero tuck for longer periods without discomfort. This sustained comfort translates directly into improved endurance and more consistent power output, ensuring you stay strong from the start of your race to the finish line. By enabling micro-adjustments to the extension angle, you can find that sweet spot where aerodynamics, power, and comfort converge. Key Benefits* Achieve Your Perfect Fit: Fine-tune your aerobar extension angle in precise, single-degree increments to match your ideal ergonomic and aerodynamic profile.* Enhanced Comfort and Endurance: Alleviate pressure on key contact points like wrists and shoulders, enabling you to maintain a comfortable and powerful aero position for extended durations.* Optimize Power and Aerodynamics: A customized angle promotes better body alignment and stability, allowing for more efficient power transfer and a reduced frontal area to slice through the wind.* Full System Integration: Engineered to work seamlessly with the Profile Design ASC Pro system, ensuring a secure, reliable, and perfectly integrated fit for your handlebars. Extensions and Technical SpecificationsThese wedges are the definitive tool for personalizing the fit of your ASC Pro extensions. By offering a range of angle modifications, they provide the granular adjustment needed to perfect your time trial or triathlon setup. Understanding the interaction between the wedges, the base aerobar angle, and the switch adapter is crucial for achieving the desired outcome. For ultimate confidence in your setup, professional guidance from a bike fitter is always recommended.Profile Design ASC Pro Aerobar Wedges (+1°~+5°).The ASC Pro Tilt Wedges are available in increments of 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, and 5°, allowing precise adjustment of the ASC Pro´s default 15° angle to match the rider´s fit.The wedges come in both positive (+) and negative (-) angles, enabling the base 15° angle to be increased or decreased. For safety, the total adjustment range is limited to ±10°, meaning the maximum achievable angle is 25°, and the minimum is 5°.The ASC Pro includes a switch adapter that reduces reach by 20mm when the brackets are flipped.Note that using the switch adapter reverses the wedge angle. To ensure proper fit, it´s essential to know your reach before purchasing wedges. If uncertain, consult a professional bike fitter.SPECIFICATIONS.Weight: 10g / Pair.Compatibility: A3 / ASC PRO only.Lieferumfang: 1x Profile Design ASC Pro Aerobar Wedges (+1°~+5°)
