Pirelli engineers developed for the Cinturato™ Gravel RC X a technology derived from road specific reinforced casing together with MTB specific casings to obtain the most advanced gravel casing they have ever designed.Its properties are achieved through the use of special fabric reinforcements and thicker layers of rubber in specific areas of the tyre.On the road, most punctures are caused by the penetration of sharp objects, while off-road, the most common punctures are caused by cuts and pinches in the sidewalls or sidewalls, for this reason, the PROWALL Gravel compound features a cut-resistant fabric with 120 tpi around the entire perimeter of the tyre, resulting in a fast and supple ride feel.
