Warm bike bib shorts from the Maloja Pushbikers team made from recycled materials. Developed in collaboration with our team´s professional cyclists, these warm tights are designed for all demanding, frequent cyclists. Made from Thermal Stretch ECO combined with Bike Stretch WB in the front, these tight cycling tights offer good wind protection and thermal insulation with great freedom of movement and quick drying. Our S.A.T. seat pad and flatlock seams provide extra comfort on long rides. Reflective Maloja lettering on the calves improves visibility. The tights are made largely from recycled materials.Features:- Bike Stretch WB: Bike Stretch Wind Block (WB) is a 4-way stretch, windproof and breathable 3-Layer softshell fabric. The slightly brushed underside ensures heat retention and rapid moisture transport to the outer surface. Bike Stretch WB is specially developed for biking in cold and wet weather conditions.- Thermal Stretch ECO DWR: Thermal Stretch ECO is a 4-way stretch material made from recycled nylon and Spandex developed with ski touring, cross-country skiing and cycling first of mind. Thermal Stretch ECO delivers superior breathability, and is pilling and abrasion resistant. The structured inner surface provides insulation and quick moisture transport to the outer surface. The upper material has a water repellent finish that is environmentally friendly and free of harmful PFCs.- 4 Way Stretch: This fabric offers cross and lengthwise stretchability and thus provides perfect freedom of movement.- Basic Insulation: We distinguish between different insulation levels. Basic, premium and supreme insulation. The right insulation for the different temperatures is always depending on the application area and the intensity of the activity.- Bistretch Shammy: All our Chamois have bi-stretch properties which means that they stretch in several directions and thus ensure an optimal wearing comfort.- Seamless Shammy: For our Chamois we use exclusively bonded seams. This reduces every kind of friction on the skin which is often caused by stitched seams.- Foam Shammy: The Chamois has a perforated foam material. Therefore ventilation and moisture transport can be improved.- S.A.T. Pad: La Fonte Shock Absorption Technology is a result of technical researches. The exclusive shock-absorbing system provides maximum protection and shock absorption neutralizing any negative vibration developed during the impact with the ground, and distributing the pressures. The dissipation of 90% of the energy generated from the impact is granted throughout the life of the product. Excellent resistance to constant compression. LF S.A.T. is synonymous for longlasting, softness, flexibility, lightness, moldability and breathability.- Legend Pad 2 Size: Newly developed and anatomically pre-shaped S.A.T. chamois' were jointly developed with our Italian producer and the Maloja Pushbikers road team. The exclusive Shock Absorbing System provides maximum protection and retains 90% of the impact energy, whilst reducing vibrations. Additional to the padding in the pelvic area the pubic bone area was also equipped with S.A.T. The overall pad construction has fundamentally changed with the topside becoming flatter to reduce skin friction. The padding on bottom side has also been reconstructed. It is bi-elastic, seamless, and antibacterial, which offers maximum comfort even on long tours. Additionally increased fine perforation provides excellent moisture management. The Drytex outer fabric is comfortable, soft, fast-drying and has high breathability.- High Performance Straps: This product has seamless straps that has allowed us to reduce the surface area of the material and in-turn reduce friction.- Partially Windproof: The windblock/windstopper front avoids the Chill Effect (airstream) that can lower body temperature.- Reflective Detail: This product has a reflective print for increased visibility in the dark.- Durable Water Repellent ECO: The outer material has a durable water and dirt repellent, environmentally friendly and free from harmful PFC finish that allows rain and snow to roll of. The outer surface of the clothing is less sensitive against dirt and the breathability is not affected.
