Polartec Alpha.- retains heat and wicks away moisture.We chose this insulating material for our new Contour Alpha jacket because of its excellent properties, which are its ability to keep warm very well, but also to quickly wick moisture away from the body, and at a low weight.Polartec Alpha was originally developed for US Special Forces, which definitely speaks in favor of its quality and versatility.We wanted you to be as comfortable as possible during your favorite activities, and have as little to deal with as possible when putting away or adding layers of underwear.The Contour Alpha is definitely the most versatile of our three new jackets.It´s suitable for any multi-sport or less sporty activity that will keep you at least a little warm.It´s also very lightweight.In short, we´re all about maximum simplicity and versatility while maintaining maximum comfort.Other features and materials used.The jacket´s outer material is an ultra-lightweight Nylon Airpore fabric.It is characterized by high wind resistance, high breathability (these two properties are provided by ultrafine 15D fibres) and partial water repellency.This is also helped by the C6 DWR treatment, which allows the garment to be used without problems even in light rain.The strength and durability of the upper part of the jacket is guaranteed by the RipStop fabric, which has thicker fibres among the fine ones, making it less prone to tearing.Crepe treatment is applied to the surface structure.This modifies it, making the fabric pleasantly non-sticky to the touch.The zippers are made by the renowned Japanese company YKK.The biggest advantages.high breathability and at the same time great thermal comfort.windproof and water repellent.low weight (only 300 g in size L).1 external chest pocket and 2 external bottom pockets (positioned slightly higher due to the backpack´s waist belt).easy to pack into a pocket.adjustable hood (volume and circumference), under which a helmet can fit.reflective print.
