This bottom bracket is when you have a PF30, BBright or 386EVO housing frame and you want to install a BB30 crankset in the frame.They all have an internal diameter of 46 mm and a smooth interior, although the widths vary from 68 mm to 86 mm The crank has a spindle 30 mm in diameter.This bottom bracket has almost zero power loss due to friction, thanks to the bearings.Our standard or coated bearings.Both have super round and super soft CeramicSpeed balls that roll in hardened steel races.The coated version has a metallic coating placed on the races, which makes them even harder and softer, resulting in a longer lifespan and less resistance.They come installed in cups
