Optimised laminate that has been designed to increase strength in high stress areas and enables us to remove material from where it is not required to reduce weight. Many people find 35mm handlebars to be too stiff. After extensive research, testing and even development of a new manufacturing process Hope have produced a bar that even surpassed the compliance of their existing 31.8mm bar without compromising strength.
