Now even further optimised and weighing in at only at only 13 grams (+/- 10%) this remains one of the lightest raceable cages available and unlike, much of the superlight competition, does not require the use of special shaped bottles.
By using an innovative carbon injection process and moving production closer to home, Elite can now offer a Leggero that is 100% made in Italy at a highly competitive price.
The Leggero's injection-moulded carbon is considerably stronger than the fibreglass infused resin used on our standard cages, allowing Elite to trim excess material, the result is a final weight roughly half that of an equivalent resin version.
