When Spatzwear launched the Windsock2 some years ago, we created a brand new niche. Since then, the Windsock2 has been worn to victory in Tour de France stages as well as many of the Classics races (including the Tour of Flanders, Paris Roubaix and Milan San Remo), not forgetting the UCI World Gravel Championships.
For 2026, we have developed an oversock that pushes the boundaries even further.
The Windsock PRO shares many of the fabrics and features of our legendary Windsock2 but adds a new internal gripper which has been in development for 2 years. The new vertical grippers offer a secure grip on the leg without any extra compression.
Testing at the SSE Hub wind tunnel (George Fox Cycling Solutions) indicated that the Windsock PRO is more aerodynamic than any other similar product we tested. Here are our findings from the tunnel_
