The brand new Spatz Aquasokz (Lo version) were designed specifically for the Alpecin Deceuninck Pro Cycling Team. The requirement was an aero focussed product that excelled in wet conditions.
The Aquasokz are made from 100% waterproof fabric (PU coated lycra). To satisfy the needs of Worldtour riders, the aim is not necessarily to keep the feet dry but to keep the rider comfortable and fast in adverse conditions.
In contrast to our Aquasokz Hi version, the Aquasokz Lo stop at the ankle so you can let your Aero Sokz do their thing.
Aquasokz Lo have been wind-tunnel optimised at the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub wind tunnel. Results show that Aquasokz Lo offer a marginal aerodynamic benefit over Windsock2 and as such are the perfect choice for wet / cold days or changeable weather conditions.
