S6903 LLU MAX - Stainless steel, MAX design, ABEC-3, radial suspension bearing - 17 mm x 30 mm x 7 mm - Enduro Bearings pioneered MAX-type bearings almost 20 years ago for bicycles to tackle the challenges associated with MTB pivots. MAX-type bearings offer an additional 35-40% load capacity compared to standard radial bearings thanks to a special design that allows for maximum ball insertion within the bearing, via a custom-machined slot in the rings. The extra balls, combined with deep grooves in these bearings, provide better lateral support for the twisting and multidirectional forces associated with MTB pivots. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep groove design rings, with precision 10 balls and full contact double lip labyrinth seals (LLU) for maximum protection against the elements while maintaining a 90% fill of extra high-pressure Almagard grease inside.
