Superlight Brompton lock-on grips Black lock-on SL Brompton handlebar grips for M-type and H-type handlebars - 2017 model onwards - and S-type - all years Foam grips for reduced weight 2017 model Brompton folding bikes have a revised handlebar on the M-type and H-type model allowing these 130mm (pretty much industry standard size) lock on grips to be fitted (the S-type already took 130mm grips) so now these three models have use the same ones. Brompton Superlight lock-on grips S-type (straight / sports style) - these grips will fit (pre and post 2017 - i.e. all - S-type Bromptons) H-type / M-type (Brompton traditional style) - these grips will only fit the new (for 2017) low-rise version of the handlebars They are still made with the familiar Brompton foam - but now lock on using an allen key bolt rather than special adhesive / glue. Tools required: 2.5mm allen key / hex wrench
