With their new DUB cranksets and bottom bracket standards, SRAM have upped their game, with the two products combining to create a lighter, stiffer and more durable system. SRAM's DUB Press Fit Bottom Bracket fits in your standard 41mm ID press fit bottom shell and provides a stiffer and more durable bottom bracket compared to the competition and SRAM's own GXP design. By using a 28.99mm axle, the DUB bottom bracket offers bigger bearings than bottom brackets used for 30mm crank axles, improving durability and stiffness, as well as being lighter. The DUB system replaces SRAM's previous GXP and BB30 crank and bottom bracket systems to provide improved durability, better compatibility and a stiffer, stronger and lighter product. DUB cranks can be used with any existing bottom bracket standard when used with the appropriate DUB bottom bracket. Performance benefits aside, it also means your crank is future proofed in case you happen to swap your frame. Easy to install and highly durable, SRAM's DUB Press Fit Bottom Bracket sets a new standard in durability and longevity.
